What fuel economy are the 8psi GSR crew getting?

I haven't finished a tank in my current state of tune but at 11' timming with 1' of retard and a vac off fuel pressure of 62-63psi, it's not looking good with the rising fuel costs...best case 93 octane in Austin, TX is now $1.40 and rising

26 to 28 mpg on average... and thank god. I filled up today, and Amoco 93 premium was $1.549 per gallon !!! Add in the fact that I first pump in 2 gallons of 110 octane race gas at $4.00 per gallon, and my "Fill Ups" cost about $22.00 each !!!

Excuse me, I think I have to throw up...

to much $$$ for gas these days...I'm looking for peoples MPG on cars like mine though...2600+lbs empty I shouldn't complain...it's a family hauler
